Bad...Bad....Blogger
Ok so it happened, I have turned into a Bad...Bad...Blogger. Life has gotten in the way and I have not posted since my oldest son's birthday creations. I have so many projects that I might just have to post all the pictures in one post just to catch up with this blog.
Just a quick update....since my last post DH has finally made it back to AZ with us. The Holidays came and went. It was very special for the boys to have daddy here once again. The New Year has been okay so far nothing too special.
Ii have a new hobby that I recently started taking up and yes once again its from Provo Craft, its the Kniffty Knitter and it is so relaxing and fun. I have to admit my first project wasn't a success but I have figured out what I did wrong and will try again. Practice makes perfect in any craft. I have not given up on the cricut just taking a break for awhile, plus I can sit and watch tv while working on the kniffty knitter and the boys seem to like when I sit and knit and watch them play their games, instead of me in the office working with the cricut.
Well hopoe you have a Happy New Year and I will be updating with lots of pictures of many different projects in the next day or two here.

Birthday Goodie bags and Invitations
Ok so now that my oldest is in school I thought it would be fun to make Goodie bags for all his classmates to help celebrate his birthday, well I was wrong. It was a lot harder then I anticipated but they all got done and everyone loved them which is what really counts. So I scraplifted the idea from Traci over at Craft Junkie Too. She did some first day of school treat bags for her son and I thought they were so adorable so I took the idea and ran with it,(just changed the theme). The dinosaur is cut from the Create a Critter Cricut cartridge @ 2 1/2 inches and the sentiment comes from a set by Hero Arts.
Here is the invitations I made. Using the same dinosaur cut from Create a Critter Cricut cartridge I cut him @ 3 1/2 inches and the background paper is plain yellow stamped with a leave all over in chocolate chip ink from Stampin Up. The sentiment is from a stamp set by Paper Studios that I bought at Hobby Lobby. Thanks for stoppin by and as always have a great day.

Blinged Out Birthday
Here is a birthday card I created for my Niece's 4th birthday. I scraplifted the idea from a project that Momo from Made by Momo did awhile ago. I used the Doodlecharms Cricut cartridge for the hat and the scalloped circles were cut from the Create a Critter Cricut cartridge. I used some scrap cupcake design paper for the background paper. The jewels are colored gems I found in the craft section at Wal-Mart. Thanks for stopping by and have a great day as always.

Welcome Baby
Here is a card I made for the arrival of my cousin's baby boy. I used the B is for Boys Cricut Lite cartridge for the onesie and added some faux stitches plus some doodling on the little duckie. The sentiment stamp is from Clear Dollar stamps. The card base is Craft cardstock from Paper Trey Ink and the designer paper is from K&Company's Brenda Walton Small Wonders Stack. To finish it off I added 3 buttons to the left corner. Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.

Goodies from a Swap
Here are some goodies I received from a Swap I participated in this month from the Cricut Message board. My wish granter was more then generous, she totally spoiled me with goodies. Including the main thing I have wanted since like the beginning of June. It is the I-rock tool from Imaginisce.

Tiggeriffic
Here is a card I made for my partner in a Favorite Disney character swap I am participating in, as you can guess her favorite is Tigger. He is cut for Pooh and Friend cartridge and was a little difficult to put together but in the end I think he turned out great. The cloud for the sentiment is cut from the Create a Critter cartridge. The background paper was cuttlebugged using the Spots and Dots folder. I used some rhinestome gems and some homemade dew drops for the accents to the card. Hope you enjoy and have a great day.

Hello Dear Friend
Here is a card I made using the Create A Critter cartridge. I love this cartridge and all the accessories it has for all the cuts. The dear is cut at 2 1/2 inches and the cloud with the sentiment is cut at 1 1/2 inches. The cloud is actually on the page with the little birdie I used in a couple card back. I used prima flowers and some pearls for the centers. The background paper is from DCWV Glitter Stack. Hope you enjoy, have a great day.
